Awesomatix emerged in the late 2000s as a high-end manufacturer of on-road RC touring cars, driven by the vision of designer Oleg Babich. The company, officially trademarked by UAB "Dešimt colių" in Vilnius, Lithuania, in 2018, quickly gained recognition for its revolutionary approach to RC car design, focusing on performance, precision, and innovation.

2011: The A700, Awesomatix’s first touring car, was released to the public. the A700 used a unique, never before seen cantilever design with a enclosed rotating piston system. This shock design lowered the Centre of gravity significantly reducing risk of traction rolling on carpet significantly. It gained traction in the European Touring Car Series (ETS), showcasing competitive performance and establishing the brand’s reputation.

2013: Awesomatix USA was established to support the North American market, expanding the brand’s reach and supporting its growing driver base. The company became the exclusive distributor for Awesomatix in the United States and Canada, leveraging experience from Side Piece Racing Products.
- 2013 to 2014: The Awesomatix A700 Evo, which featured the revolutionary floating front gearbox (FFG) system, was released at the end of 2013/early 2014. This design, allowed the front gearbox to float within the outer frame to prevent chassis flex from drivetrain torque.
