Ok...this is a big step for me. Something I have had as a goal and wish for the SuperStock store is to have a truly valuable loyalty program. One that rewards customers for returning, for buying again, for being steadfast supporters of SuperStock, for helping us promote the hobby.
Well here we are, and i am proud to say that the SuperStock Loyalty Program has taken it's first steps towards a reality! When you click into www.superstockrc.com you'll notice a pop up with a bunch of cash back reward offers for completing some of the most BASIC tasks you can imagine. There's a few tasks like Google Reviews i am still yet to add (Google needs to ok the SuperStock Biz listing), but once it's all said and done, by completing a few steps, you'll be able to claim up to $70+ in store credits. Also, starting today, EVERY order $300 or over gets a $10 voucher to use at their next purchase. EVERY TIME you buy $300 or more, $10 back.
But that's not where it ends, because we are developing a truly unique loyalty program, that really fits the SuperStock mantra of: "like No Other". We have high hopes for this program, and we are looking to return meaningful cash backs to supporters.
And to the VIP customers? well lets just say we have some HUUGE REWARDS we want to give back to VIP customers, think entry fees to events PAID!, Tyres for events: PAID! and to the BIIG VIP customers? think, accommodation: PAID! Flights to TITC and entry fee PAID! What you get all depends on how much you spend, how you help us spread awareness of the SuperStock brand, how you help us reach our goals, ambitions and our hopes for the hobby and how loyal you are. Some rewards will be based on spend, some will be based on what you do to help promote us, some will be what you do for the hobby.
There's a lot of racers out there who aren't sponsored and their hard earned cash is what runs the hobby industry, Before SuperStock was a reality, i was one of those racers, TBH, i could count on one hand the times i asked for a discount. The aim of the SuperStock Loyalty Program is to give back to those who make the wheels turn in RC, to YOU, the customers that will either make or break the SuperStock dream. No flashy sponsorship, just hard cash store credits and REAL, MEANINGFUL and significant rewards....and a lot of free stickers and a few T Shirts.
